今天在開立由鯨躍取號的電子發票時，不小心打錯發票的內容，所以直接作廢，但作廢後我卻沒辦法把該張作廢發票上傳至鯨躍，會發生錯誤，請問這是什麼原因呢？ 顧問解答： 會發生此上傳錯誤，是因為鯨躍平台的發票作廢機制需自「已上傳發票」中選取。若發票未曾上傳過，平台將無法找到紀錄以進行作廢。 如遇此情形，請聯繫顧問協助檢視與修正資料。
